新型矿用铅酸蓄电池高频智能充电器研究

Research of new intelligent batteries charger in coal mine

摘要: 摘要:针对矿用电机车铅酸蓄电池智能充电器的指标要求,研制出一款新型铅酸蓄电池高频智能充电器,本文主要介绍该智能充电器的控制系统。控制系统以单片机dsPIC30F6010A为控制核心,采用充电电压和充电电流双PI调节器闭环协调控制模式,实现恒流恒压充电。文章具体分析了电流PI闭环控制和电压PI闭环控制系统。该充电器控制方案新颖、恒流恒压和变电流运行自动切换,智能化程度高,充电曲线多样化等特点。现场实验调试验证了该智能充电器设计的可行性和正确性,可以在煤矿行业内推广应用。

Abstract: Abstract: For product qualification for mine-used lead-acid battery used in mining electric locomotive, study a new type of high frequency and intelligent battery charger. This paper mainly introduces the control system of intelligent charger .The control system makes dsPIC30F6010A MCU as core , adopts the control mode of charging voltage and charging current double PI controller closed loop coordinated control for realization of constant current constant voltage charging. The article analysis specifically Current PI closed loop control and Voltage closed loop PI control. The charger also realized automatic switch of constant-voltage and constant current, have diversification of the charging curve, convenient voltage and current regulating, high intelligence. The local tests of the charger showed the feasibility and correctness of the design .It can be promoted application in the coal mine industry.
